Cancellation Policy

All sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable and will be counted as a completed session associated with a session package. We recognize that genuine emergencies and exceptional circumstances do arise. In such cases — including medical emergencies, family crises, or other significant unforeseen events — please contact us as soon as possible.
